Meet Brandie
Because I've learned personally that our bodies often whisper before they scream.
Advanced Body Design Wellness was built from real experience — a father's heart attack, a back injury, a daughter who became a nurse, and a husband's cancer diagnosis. Every chapter deepened one belief: people deserve to understand their options.
Meet Brandie
My passion for health and wellness started long before ABD Wellness.
When I was younger, my dad suffered a heart attack at just 52 years old and underwent quadruple bypass surgery. Two of those grafts later failed. Watching someone I loved go through something so serious made me start looking at health differently. I became interested not only in what happens after something goes wrong, but in what we can do before we get there.
My own health journey deepened that interest. After dealing with a back injury and experiencing firsthand how frustrating it can be when you don't feel your best but don't necessarily have clear answers, I became even more interested in understanding the body and the options available beyond simply accepting how you feel as "normal."
Years later, my daughter Hope became a nurse and worked through COVID. We had countless conversations about healthcare and found ourselves asking the same question: What if we could help people become more proactive about their health instead of waiting until they were sick? That question ultimately helped lead to the creation of Advanced Body Design Wellness.
I immersed myself in learning about hormones, peptides, metabolic health, nutrition, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, recovery, and optimization. I trained alongside medical professionals and continued expanding my education because I wanted to understand not just what options existed, but why and when someone might consider them.
Then my husband, James, was diagnosed with cancer. Walking beside him through that changed my understanding of healthcare all over again. It was scary and confusing. We heard different opinions from different providers, and I learned how difficult it can be for families to understand what questions to ask, what options exist, and how all the pieces fit together. I also learned that there were therapies and resources we didn't know about soon enough.
Today, I'm not here to tell someone what they have to do. I want to listen, learn about the person sitting in front of me, help them understand what their body may be telling them, educate them about the options available, and help them make informed choices that fit their goals, lifestyle, and life.
"People deserve to understand their options. That's at the heart of everything I do at ABD Wellness."
What We Believe
A few things we hold to be true.
Your symptoms are telling you something.
When your body whispers, it's worth listening. Dismissing how you feel because a number falls within a reference range isn't good enough.
You deserve to understand your options.
Not every option is right for everyone — but everyone deserves to know what options exist. We believe in education first, always.
You are an active participant in your health.
We're here to guide, educate, and support — but the decisions are yours. We'll never push you toward something that doesn't feel right for your life.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Your blueprint is built around your goals, your lifestyle, your budget, and what you're actually ready and willing to do. Not a template.
Optimization is not a luxury.
Feeling well, having energy, sleeping soundly, and enjoying your life — these aren't extras. They're the point.
This is a relationship, not a transaction.
We check in, we adjust, we stay in your corner. Your wellness doesn't stop after the first appointment.
How We're Different
We're not here to sell you a protocol.
A lot of wellness businesses lead with products or treatments. We lead with listening. Before we ever talk about what might help, we want to understand what's actually going on — your history, your labs, your lifestyle, your goals, and what you've already tried. Only then does it make sense to talk about options.
We work with licensed medical providers for therapies that require oversight, so you get the best of both worlds — the warmth and education of a wellness guide, and the safety and expertise of proper medical supervision when it matters.
"Sometimes the biggest difference we can make is simply learning to listen sooner."
